The Smart Club

At the start of 2022, Arrey announced he was starting The Smart Club—a private mentorship programme designed for young entrepreneurs, business owners, and career professionals aiming to build their personal brands or prepare for the digital job market.

The club offers weekly sessions covering high-demand skills such as Facebook Ads, content creation, copywriting, email marketing, and social media management. Each session includes breakdown templates, expert-led masterclasses, and guest appearances to ensure practical, hands-on learning.

The mission is clear: to guide members towards earning their first—or next 100k and to teach them how to turn that into recurring income.

Since then, the club has trained hundreds of young Cameroonians, many of whom achieved remarkable success under Arrey’s guidance. With a proven track record in digital marketing and recognition from platforms such as the BBC, British Council, FOX, NBC, and CBS, Arrey remains a leading voice for digital entrepreneurship across Africa
